TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
The rental fees (deposit + handling fees) must be paid upon receipt of the rental contract and attached to the copy to be returned. The deposit will be deducted from the amount of the invoice.
The facilities are rented for the number of people specified in the contract. Any additional person will be invoiced according to the price of the “additional person” service in force in the campsite after agreement of the manager.
The prices include the use of all the camping equipment except those which are chargeable (see prices).
Administration fees :

6€ the rest of the year
Swimming pool :
Swimming shorts are strictly prohibited in the pool. Swimsuits are compulsory. Decent attire within the campsite is required.
Additional days, facilities and persons, as well as charges for guests will be declared as soon as possible and settled in the same time.
Cancellation:
Cancellation must always be the subject of a written message. The payment of a deposit involving a firm and final rental commitment, except in cases of proven force majeure, if the cancellation takes place:
a) More than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be kept,
b) Between 30 days and the date of arrival, the full rental price is due,
In all cases, the administration fees will not be reimbursed.
CONDITION FOR HIRE OF CHALETS, MOBILE HOMES, STATIC CARAVANS
1) a deposit of 30% of the total amount for your stay (deductible) +18€ for administration fees is required at the time of reservation (5€ admin. fees out of july and august).
2) you have to pay your stay 3 weeks before your arrival.
3) weekly hire from saturday 5 p.m. to the following saturday (or second) 10.30 a.m. in july and august. All late arrival or departure in advance is not repayable.
4) the allocated place will be left in the same state of cleaning as it was found. If not, the tenant must pay 60€ to contribute towards cleaning cost. Any damage or missing items must be paid for. The deposit does not constitute the limit of responsability.
5) AS a garantee, a deposit of 260€ (60+200euros) is requested upon arrival and will be restitute upon departure, exceptfor loss damage discovered at the final inventory. It cost 60€ for cleaning, if the site is not left in the same state of cleaneless as on arrival.
6) If you depart when the office is closed, the deposit will be send by post, after inventory of fixtures.
GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
• The rental request must be accompanied by a payment representing 30% of the amount of the stay, as a deposit to be deducted from the costs of the stay + 15 € administration fees (5 € except July and August), non-refundable.
• The payment of a deposit implying a firm and definitive commitment, the balance of the expenses of stay is payable 3 weeks before the date of arrival.
Taking into account the reservation made, no reduction will be granted in the event of a delayed arrival or an early departure.
ACCOMMODATION RENTAL :MOBILE HOME CHALET OR FITTED TENT
• In July and August, the service or product available consists of weekly rentals, from 5 pm on the day of arrival to 9 am on the day of departure.
A delayed arrival or an early departure will not give rise to any refund, the accommodation not being rented /
• Small animals (tattooed and vaccinated) are accepted in certain rentals (see price), on condition that the cleaning fee is paid. In addition, they must never be alone in the rental or on the pitch.
• A deposit of 260 € (2 payments 60 + 200 euros) will be requested from the tenant on his arrival and will be returned to him on his departure after verification of the installation, with possible deduction, for damage or missing items or repair costs. . This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability.
• The installation will be returned in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival. Otherwise, the tenant will have to pay a lump sum of 60 € for cleaning, unless the cleaning fee has already been paid (see prices). Any damage or missing object will be the responsibility of the tenant.
• In the event of departure outside reception opening hours, the deposit will be destroyed, after inspection of the premises and notification by email or telephone, unless we notice one or more anomalies.
PITCH RENTAL
2. The pitch will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure. except special request.
Photographs may be taken during your stay to be used for advertising purposes.
No financial compensation can be requested. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know in writing.
