TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All rentals are by name only. The person making the reservation must be of legal age. Reservation requests involving minors not accompanied by a direct legal guardian (father, mother or grandparents) will be refused.
In the description, the customer is informed of the maximum number of beds for each rental. This number applies to all persons declared on the contract (including babies). Under no circumstances may the accommodation be occupied by more than the number stated in the contract. Management reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to unregistered persons.
Reservations for camping pitches or furnished accommodation become effective only with our agreement (verification of availability, etc.) and after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, plus booking fees which are non-deductible from the invoice and non-refundable in the event of cancellation, plus the cancellation insurance premium if this has been taken out, together with the completed and signed rental contract.
1 month before the arrival date for accommodation and 15 days before the arrival date for camping pitches, all renters must pay the balance of their stay (for all bookings less than one month before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be required) and present themselves at the reception desk, with their booking confirmation and pitch number or accommodation keys.
Pitches are available from 1pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 1pm on the day of departure except for pitches with straw huts and free pitches, which must be vacated before 11 a.m. If the pitch is overbooked, an additional night will be charged. The maximum number of people accepted on a pitch is 6.
Furnished rentals must be picked up after 3pm and left until 7pm, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
A deposit of 330€ or 400€ (for mobilhome suite and family) is required on arrival. This is returned no later than 48 hours after departure, after deduction of any damage. A second deposit of 80€ (150€ for the mobilhome Family and Suite) is required and will be cashed if the rental is not returned in a perfectly clean condition at the end of the stay, the cleaning being the responsibility of the tenant.
Only one vehicle is permitted on the pitches for rental accommodation. Similarly, no canvas structures will be accepted on pitches for rental accommodation, as additional or extra sleeping accommodation.
Each rental includes all kitchen and table equipment as well as bedding, pillows, duvets and cleaning products (excluding washing-up liquid). The tenant must bring pillowcases, fitted sheets, flat sheets or duvet covers, bathroom linen and kitchen linen. The equipment in each rental unit is subject to an inventory. It is the tenant's responsibility to check it on arrival and to report any anomaly within 24 hours. The customer is responsible for any broken or damaged objects and for any damage that may result or be caused to the facilities. Any breakage, loss or damage to an object during the stay must be reported in order to ensure that the object is replaced and may be invoiced.
Contribution to electricity consumption: In rental accommodation, a contribution to electricity consumption is required at the end of the stay, particularly for electric heating.
The accommodation is not equipped with air conditioning. It is FORBIDDEN to install a mobile air conditioner during your stay.
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to connect an electric vehicle to the campsite facilities: risk of fire and damage to electrical installations. Two electricity points are available 450m from the campsite.
The inventory of fixtures will be carried out by appointment on the day of departure, between 8am and 9.50am. For any departure outside these times, deposits will be returned by post or cancelled and you will be informed by text message.
With the exception of 1st and 2nd category dogs, which are strictly forbidden on the campsite, pets are allowed ONLY on campsite pitches and only under the following conditions:
The animal must be tattooed and vaccinated (health record requested on arrival).
Pets must be tied to the pitch, kept on a lead within the campsite, and their faeces managed by the owner.
Under no circumstances may animals be left alone on a pitch in the absence of their owners.
Any booking of more than 3 accommodation or camping pitches by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates is considered to be a group.The accommodation offered on the website is intended exclusively for individual customers. For all group booking requests, you must contact the campsite by telephone, e-mail or via our Contact section. The campsite reserves the right to examine the booking request before accepting or refusing it.
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in formal notice being given. In the event of non-compliance, the rental of the pitch or accommodation may be terminated.
All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, etc.).
o All sums paid to the campsite are retained by the campsite. NO REFUNDS will be made.
o If you have taken out cancellation insurance, please contact the organisation in order to open a file and request a refund for your stay.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, for both camping pitches and rental accommodation, no reduction will be granted and the stay will be invoiced until the end of the contractual date.
In the absence of information from the campsite, pitches and accommodation will become available again on the day after the scheduled arrival date. Any service not used will not be reimbursed.
The management of Camping Le Clos Lalande cannot be held responsible for damage to or theft of personal belongings in rental accommodation or on camping pitches or car parks, insofar as it is not responsible for these incidents. The same shall apply in the event of force majeure or nuisance disrupting, interrupting or preventing the stay.
We remind you that children are the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians and must therefore remain under their supervision throughout their stay, including in the play areas and swimming pool.
Customers must check that they have taken out comprehensive and civil liability insurance.
Image rights:
You authorise the campsite, as well as any person that the campsite wishes to replace you, to photograph, record or film you during your stay and to use the said images, sounds, videos and recordings in any medium (in particular on websites or pages - including Facebook and Instagraam, on presentation and promotional media and in travel or tourist guides). This authorisation applies both to you and to persons staying with you. Its sole purpose is to promote and animate the campsite and it may in no way damage your reputation. This authorisation is granted free of charge, for all countries and for an unlimited period. In the event of refusal, you must notify us by registered letter before your arrival.
The customer undertakes to use the pitch or accommodation rented without damaging it or disturbing the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, and will be required to comply with the provisions of the house rules, which can be consulted on the notice board at the entrance to the campsite.
A formal notice will be served, which may result in immediate termination of the rental without compensation if it is not complied with, in the event of :
Nuisance (noise, etc.) or damage to the facilities
Non-compliance with the conditions for accepting pets
Number of occupants in excess of the stated capacity (additional, undeclared person or animal).
In the event of a dispute, and after having referred the matter to the campsite's customer service department, any campsite customer may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter to the operator. RULES OF PROCEDURE
1. Conditions of admission and stay
To be admitted to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorised to do so by the manager or his representative. It is the manager's duty to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that these internal regulations are complied with.
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and a commitment to comply with them.
No-one may take up residence on the campsite.
2. Police formalities
Minors not accompanied by their parents will not be admitted.
In application of article R. 611-35 of the Code de l'Entrée et du Séjour des Etrangers et du Droit d'Asile (Code on the Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum), the manager is required to have foreign customers complete and sign an individual police form on arrival. This must include in particular
1° Full name ;
2° Date and place of birth;
3° Nationality;
4° habitual place of residence.
Children under the age of 15 may appear on the record of one of the parents.
3. Installation
The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.
Sheets (complete set) are compulsory in rental accommodation. Disposable sheets can be purchased from reception.
4. Reception
Open in July and August from 9.00 am to 12.00 am and from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
Open in May, June and September from 09.00 am to 03.30 pm on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday. From 09.00 am to 11.30 am on wednesday. From 09.30 am to 12.30 am on saturday and sunday.
At the reception desk you will find all the information you need about the campsite's services, refreshment facilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and other useful addresses.
A system for collecting and dealing with complaints is available to customers.
5. Display
These rules and regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.
In the case of classified campsites, the classification category and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed.
The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions laid down by order of the Minister for Consumer Affairs and can be consulted at reception.
6. Departure arrangements
Customers are asked to inform the reception desk of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the reception desk opens must pay for their stay the day before.
7. Noise and silence
Guests are asked to avoid any noise or chatter that might disturb their neighbours.
Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Door and boot locks must be as discreet as possible.
Dogs and other animals must never be allowed to run at large. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.
The campsite manager ensures the peace and quiet of his customers by setting times when there must be complete silence.
8. Visitors
After having been authorised by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them.
Customers may receive one or more visitors at reception. The services and facilities of the campsites are accessible to visitors, with the exception of the swimming pool. However, the use of these facilities is subject to a charge according to a tariff displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.
Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campsite.
9. Vehicle traffic and parking
Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a limited speed.
Traffic is permitted from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm in May, June and September and from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm in July and August.
Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite may be used. Parking is strictly forbidden on pitches usually occupied by accommodation unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not impede traffic or prevent new arrivals from settling in.
10. Behaviour and appearance of facilities
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities.
It is forbidden to dispose of waste water on the ground or in the gutters.
Customers must empty waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose.
Household waste, rubbish of any kind and paper must be deposited in the containers provided for this purpose, located outside the campsite.
11. Description of services
The general information given in the brochure and on the website (facilities, entertainment, local services, etc.) is given by the campsite as an indication only and cannot be considered as contractual insofar as it may be modified during the season (for example by municipal or prefectural decision). The campsite guarantees the authenticity of the information and that it is neither misleading nor deceptive. Photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. It goes without saying that customers will be informed of any changes.
