Terms of occupation of the pitch : The Camping-Caravaning pitches include the rental of a pitch for a camper van, a tent, a van or a caravan, parking for one vehicle and access to the reception facilities and sanitary facilities. * The price of the camping package includes 1 or 2 people, with a maximum of 6 people per pitch. Pitches are rented from 2pm until 12am the following day. Any arrival before 2pm will be charged the amount of the night. Any departure after 12:00 am will be charged the amount of the night. * No visitors are accepted, only clients registered in the contract have access to the campsite. Terms of payment: all reservation requests must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit of 25%. * For packages 1, 2, 3 and 4 long stay: the balance must be paid on the day of arrival. * For the N°5 package: the balance must be paid between 1 month and 15 days before arrival at the campsite. * For stays of less than 7 nights, the total amount of the stay is payable at the time of order. * No reimbursement can be demanded after your reservation has been confirmed. Payment methods: bank cheque, holiday vouchers, credit card or bank transfer, cash. No discount will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure. All sums paid are forfeited to the campsite. Prices include VAT at the rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. The prices include VAT but do not include the tourist tax. Insurance: The tenant certifies that he/she has a private civil liability contract with his/her insurer covering damage caused to the rented or entrusted property. The Balcon de la Baie campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and in the event of an incident for which the Hirer is responsible. Cancellation: Any cancellation must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. You have seven days to cancel your reservation. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded. To obtain a possible compensation, we invite you to subscribe to the insurance cancellation or interruption of stay which is proposed to you at the time of the reservation: contract cancellation and interruption of stay with the firm of insurance TOLEDE: See link on our Internet site or with 02 48 65 93 95. General conditions: Each person is required to respect the internal rules or they will be expelled. Bathing trunks or boxer shorts are compulsory at the pool. Shorts, swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are strictly forbidden. Children (minors) must not be left alone on the campsite under any circumstances. The prices indicated are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the reservation, subject to availability. PAYMENT CONDITIONS At the time of booking: payment of a quarter (25% of the total price of the stay as a deposit). At the latest 21 days before your arrival: payment of the balance of the rent. On arrival: a deposit of 300€ will be requested. It will be returned on the day of departure if the inventory of fixtures can be done together, or, returned by mail, within 7 days if it cannot be done together. Please note that a deduction may be made if : - equipment is broken or missing; - the cleaning is not satisfactory; - if there is a smell of tobacco - a dog is left alone in the mobile home. * It is possible to take out a cancellation and interruption of stay policy with the TOLEDE insurance company (see document downloadable from our website) or 02 48 65 93 95 No refund will be given for any shortened stay. From the 2nd day of the stay, unless the client has given notice of his delay, the rental is considered cancelled, and the management reserves the right to dispose of the mobile home. * All cancellations must be made by post with acknowledgement of receipt. You have a period of seven days after returning the documents to cancel your reservation. After this period, the deposit will not be refunded. * The prices indicated are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the reservation, subject to availability. MOBIL-HOME * Clean interior to be respected, with blankets or duvets and pillows. Sheets and pillowcases are not provided (available for purchase at the reception desk: single-use Dradoux bed linen). Cleaning not included. * Equipment: gas cooker, fridge, electric coffee maker, crockery, kitchen and cleaning utensils, extractor hood, microwave, heating, wooden terrace, garden furniture, television. Guests are responsible for the equipment rented to them. All mobile homes have hot water, toilets and a shower. Access to the sanitary facilities is reserved for campers. * Prices include: the pitch with the mobile home, access and parking for 1 vehicle, gas, electricity and all land charges (except tourist tax). * All our mobile homes are non-smoking. CONDITIONS OF OCCUPATION * The hirer undertakes to use the premises personally and to keep them in perfect condition. * The tenant certifies that he/she has a private liability contract with his/her insurer covering damage to the rented or entrusted property. * Visitors are not allowed in our campsite. * Shorts, swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not allowed. * A dog can be accepted in some mobile homes. The dog must never stay alone in the mobile home or climb on the bedding and sofas, and must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite and their waste must be collected. * Each tenant is obliged to respect the internal regulations under penalty of expulsion. * It is forbidden to put a tent, a van or a camper on a mobile home pitch. * A connection to the standards in force for electric vehicles is installed in the campsite. It is forbidden to connect a hybrid vehicle or an electric car to the mobile-home plugs. Extra charge : Baby kit (cot + high chair + changing mat) 30€ per week or 10€ per weekend; Bed linen Dradoux : 15€ for double bed ; 10€ for single bed. Late departure according to availability, departure between 2pm and 6.30pm instead of 10am. 1 Animal: may be admitted in supplement in some mobile-homes: 1€ / night out of season and 2€ / night in season.
