GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Article 1 - Scope of application of the general terms and conditions of sale : The present general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the https://www.camping-lecasties.fr/ website and by all types of bookings as soon as a deposit is received. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person taking part in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, the present general conditions are made available to all clients for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of a holiday. They can also be obtained by written request addressed to the head office of the establishment. Article 2 - General Data Protection Regulation : The data collected on the site are exclusively intended for Camping Le Casties. They are not intended to be sold or transferred to third parties. Their purpose is to identify the customer, to record his request in order to be able to make a commercial follow-up. Camping Le Casties undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data that may be communicated by the user on the website https://www.camping-lecasties.fr/ and to treat them in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDRP). During your visits to our site, we may request information from you via our contact form. The purpose of this information is to identify the customer, to record his request in order to be able to make a commercial follow-up. It is exclusively intended for Camping Le Casties for processing, analysis, institutional communications and, if you agree, commercial proposals. In accordance with the GDRP, on simple proof of your identity, you have the right to access, rectify, carry, delete or limit the processing. These data will not be kept beyond what is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected. You also have the possibility of lodging a complaint at any time with the competent control authority, namely the CNIL. During your visit to our site, Camping le Casties is likely to implant a cookie in your computer. A cookie is a text file stored by your browser on a dedicated space on the hard disk of your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It enables its transmitter to identify the device in which it is stored, during its period of validity and to store some information relating to your journey, in particular to simplify your navigation on websites or to offer you content adapted to your interests. Article 3 - Booking conditions : 3.1 Prices and payment : The price of the stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The reservation becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of the total amount of the stay. All rentals are nominative, and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet. Only the persons registered on the contract will be able to claim the benefit of the rental. In the event of any delay not indicated, the rental will become available the following day after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. No refund can be claimed. Only 1 vehicle per rental, unless this option is taken and accepted by the campsite. The maximum number of people allowed per rental is indicated on the contract and must be scrupulously respected. Pitch: according to the supplement taken at the current rate, 6 people maximum. SPECIFIC TO ACCOMMODATION RENTALS : Arrival from 4 pm to 7 pm. The client must deposit a deposit of 300 € on arrival, which will be returned after control and according to the inventory made on the day of departure between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. The rental accommodation must be returned in perfect condition. Any broken, missing or damaged object will be charged to the client as well as the restoration of the premises. This does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. In the event of loss of the badge of the barrier, an amount of €30.00 will be deducted from the said deposit. Departure : from 8.00 am to 10.00 am maximum. Inventories will be taken during these hours (make an appointment at the reception desk 48 hours beforehand). In the event of over-occupation, late handing over of keys or delay in releasing the property, an extra night will be charged. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant: the rental units must be left clean (according to the cleaning instructions on the back of the inventory sheet). If not, a cleaning supplement may be deducted from your deposit. If the departure should be before 8 am, the person in charge will keep the deposit which he will send after examination of the accommodation. The price includes water, electricity, gas, rental equipment, use of the campsite's sports facilities, occupation of the accommodation for the people listed on the rental contract, without exceeding the capacity of the chosen accommodation. The use of sanitary facilities is not accessible to clients renting a rental accommodation (unless otherwise agreed with the management). The rented accommodation does not contain household linen or bed linen. For the hygiene of the bedding, sheets are obligatory. SPECIFIC TO PITCH RENTALS : Arrival from 12 h to 19 h. Departure from 8 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. The day is counted from noon to noon. Any delay in vacating the pitch after 11.30 am will result in the invoicing of an extra night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date. On arrival, a deposit of 30.00 € will be requested in exchange for the loan of the barrier badge, which will be returned on its return. The pitch must be returned in the same condition as it was on arrival. Any damage will be invoiced. If the pitch is not returned clean, that is to say free of all rubbish, the cleaning done by the campsite will of course be invoiced. 3.2 Changing a reservation : No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival, early departure or change of date of stay. 3.3 Cancellation : In the event of cancellation for which the management company of the campsite Le Casties is responsible, except in cases of force majeure for the safety of customers, all sums paid will be refunded to you, no other compensation can be claimed. Any reservation not paid in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the balance will not be cashed but the deposit will be kept by the campsite. For any cancellation received within 30 days of the start of the stay, the full amount of the rental will be retained by the campsite. In order to obtain a possible compensation, we suggest that you take out an insurance contract: ''Campez couvert'', an optional Cancellation/Interruption contract at the time of booking, with the insurer Gritchen Tolède et Associé. The insurer undertakes to reimburse the client for all or part of the stay (excluding booking fees) in the event of an event preventing the stay or requiring its interruption. New COVID guarantees cover you against the individual consequences of the epidemic. The general terms and conditions are available on request at the Campsite, or on our website or on www.campez-couvert.com. The customer must imperatively notify the Campsite by post or by e-mail as soon as the event preventing the stay or requiring its interruption occurs. The client must also notify the insurer in writing of any loss or damage that may result in the payment of compensation within 10 working days (reduced to two working days in the event of theft). In the event of total or partial closure of the campsite during the dates of the booked stay (which is assimilated to a measure of total or partial prohibition of reception of the public, insofar as the Customer is directly concerned by the application of this measure) decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to the campsite, the sums paid in advance by the Customer in respect of the booking of the stay will be refunded within a period of 1 month. However, the Service Provider cannot be held liable for any additional compensation beyond this refund of the sums already paid for the reservation of the holiday. 3.4 Withdrawal : The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling provided for in the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal. Article 4 - Course of the stay : 4.1 Rules of procedure : As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, which are posted at the entrance to the reception office and a copy of which will be given to you on request. 4.2 Animals : Animals are admitted on presentation of their vaccination book and payment of a fee ; they must never be left at liberty. Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly forbidden. 2 animals maximum per pitch 1 per rental unit. They must be kept on a lead, tattooed and vaccinated against rabies. They must not stay at the campsite alone, even locked up in the rental units or vehicles, they must not disturb the peace and security of other customers. 4.3 Household waste - Excrements - Miscellaneous waste : Waste must be placed in the containers provided for this purpose (opposite the boules area) and sorted : cardboard, paper, glass and plastic. Ashtrays are available at several places on the campsite. Animal excrements must be collected by their masters throughout the campsite and along the riverside. NOTHING must be thrown into the toilets except the paper provided for this purpose. 4.4 Image rights : During your stay on our campsite, you are likely to be photographed or filmed for the production of our advertising material, unless you inform us in writing as soon as you arrive, of your opposition to this practice. 4.5 Laundry : Washing machines and dryers are accessible at any time, tokens are sold at the reception desk during opening hours. When starting the machine, allow for the duration of the cycle for stopping and collecting your laundry. The campsite will not be held responsible in case of theft. Article 5 - Liability : The Campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage due to bad weather, accident or fire to your equipment and personal belongings. Insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...). Article 6 - Applicable law : Mediation of consumer disputes: In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the process of mediation of consumer disputes, the customer has the right to use the mediation service offered by Camping Le Casties free of charge. The consumer law mediator thus proposed is CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice).
