General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Les Floralies Campsite
The campsite accepts reservations for pitches and rental accommodations under the following conditions:
1. Reservation:
All reservations are personal and non-transferable. For pitches, the reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of €30 (less than 4 nights) or €70 (from 4 nights) + a €12.50 booking fee. For rentals, the request must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% + a €12.50 administration fee. Payment of this deposit must be made by credit card via the website. Only the persons indicated (including babies) on the reservation contract will be admitted to the rental and will be entitled to use the campsite's services. In the event of non-compliance with the conditions and charges, false declarations, or violations of the campsite's internal regulations, the reservation will be immediately canceled, without refund. No reservations can be made for a specific pitch number, and no pitch number will be communicated prior to the guest's arrival.
2. Balance:
The balance for the stay must be paid one month before arrival (or in full if it is a last-minute reservation). Payment of the balance must be made by credit card, bank transfer, or ANCV holiday vouchers.
3. Tourist tax:
The amount of the tourist tax is set by the local authority. The price is displayed on the website and on the notice board.
4. Rates:
The campsite's offers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined. Stays are billed based on the rates in effect on the day of booking and are subject to availability.
5. Deposits;
Deposit amounts to be paid upon arrival:
- For rentals: €530 damage/cleaning deposit
- For unfurnished pitches: €20 for the barrier activation badge
- For Premium pitches: €200 damage/cleaning deposit
Payment of the deposit is accepted by check, credit card, or cash. Rental and Premium pitch deposits are returned 48 hours after the guest's departure, less any costs associated with restoring the property. For rentals, a €130 deduction may be made if the cleaning was not properly completed. The campsite deposit will be returned upon return of the badge to reception.
6. Internal Regulations:
The guest agrees to respect and ensure that the campsite's internal regulations are respected by the occupants of the rental property. 7. Occupancy of the rental or plot:
Rentals and plots can only accommodate the maximum number of people authorized (e.g., a 4-berth mobile home, i.e., 4 people, including babies). Camping pitches can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including babies.
8. Lateness and No-Show:
No discount will be granted for early departure or late arrival. In the absence of an email from the customer indicating a postponement of the arrival date, the accommodation or plot may be available for sale again 24 hours after the date stated in the contract, and the reservation will therefore be forfeited.
9. Arrival Time:
Rentals and pitches will not be given out before the time specified in the reservation contract.
10. Safety:
It is the camper's responsibility to insure against theft, fire, and civil liability. A certificate of civil liability insurance will be requested no later than one week before arrival.
11. Image Rights:
During your stay at Les Floralies campsite, you may be photographed or filmed for the design of our brochures, the illustration of our website, or any other communication media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, simply notify reception in writing upon arrival.
12. Attendance Wristband:
Wearing a wristband is mandatory within the campsite for the entire duration of your stay, from June 15th to September 15th. Lost or broken wristbands will be charged €1.
13. Vehicle:
Only one vehicle per pitch will be allowed to park on the site. Other vehicles must be declared at reception and will be parked in the outdoor parking lot.
14. Visitors:
Anyone invited by the tenant without an overnight stay must first identify themselves to reception upon arrival and notify reception of their departure. Guests must leave the site before 9:00 p.m. Any visit lasting more than one hour will be charged to the tenant at a rate of €2 per person (free for children under 6 years old) in low season and €4.60 per person in July/August, including access to the facilities, with the exception of access to the swimming pool, which remains closed to visitors. Visitors must park their vehicles off-site.
15. Stays of minors:
Minors must be accompanied by their parents.
